This Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy outlines shipping procedures, return eligibility, refund processing, exchanges, and limited warranty coverage for products purchased directly through Skin Wand Pro.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Delivery times vary based on carrier services and destination and are separate from order processing times.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. Skin Wand Pro is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Skin Wand Pro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before contacting our support team.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@skinwandpro.com.

Photographs of the package, shipping label, and product may be required to process your claim. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

Skin Wand Pro devices purchased directly from our website are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team to initiate a return request. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a verified manufacturing defect, damaged shipment, or shipping error.

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our customer support team.

Products returned without authorization may experience delays or may not be eligible for refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or shipping error.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, special offers, or discounted campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please contact info@skinwandpro.com and include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Additional information or photographs may be requested to process your claim.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns may be issued as store credit at Skin Wand Pro's discretion.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Skin Wand Pro devices are manufactured to strict quality standards and are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a manufacturing defect is identified during the warranty period, Skin Wand Pro may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the device.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or improper handling

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect device functionality

• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or recommended usage guidelines

• Loss, theft, or accidental damage

• Damage resulting from use with unauthorized accessories or power sources

RETURN SHIPPING

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our customer support team after a return request has been approved.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining shipment tracking information. Skin Wand Pro is not responsible for returned packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
